What will I need to play your
games?
You may elect to play our games directly from your web-browser (Internet
Explorer/Netscape/Mozilla/AOL etc.). Since all of our games are java-based, we
suggest you download the latest version of
Java plug-in the first time so that your
game runs more smoothly. You may also elect to download our Poker 4 software
from our Poker page and install it on your computer (not for Apple users).

What is the difference between playing through the
downloaded application and from the web-browser?
This is just a matter of preference since you will still play the same games
and against the same players. If you play through your web-browser, you can
play from any computer since you don't have to install our software. But the
download version does have some additional features, such as logging your own
stats, keeping player notes, etc.

What occurs if I am disconnected from a
game?
When you are playing on the Internet, there is always a risk of getting
disconnected. This is not always dependent upon your modem speed. If the
connection between your ISP and our server is momentarily dropped, you may be
disconnected from the game, but not the internet. Unfortunately this is
something that is beyond our control.
We try to reduce the effects as much as possible, for example, by
transferring players on auto-pilot mode in tournaments or providing "All-in
Protection" in poker ring (regular) games. You may read more about these under
the section, "Software and Connections".

Yes, you may. But, for security reasons, we allow only one PokerSouls.com

No. When you sign up you will be automatically given a play-money account with

You may refill your play-money twice every 24 hours for free. You may then

Learning About Your Own Account
Can I play with more than one account? What about
just for play-money?
Due to security reasons, we permit only one PokerSouls.com account for each
player and one real-money account for every household. You may play for both
real-money and play-money with the same account, so there is no need to create
more than one.

How do I pass money to another
player?
For security reasons, we don't transfer money, credits or points between
accounts. What we suggest at this stage is that you cashout the amount and
transfer it by another method to the other person. Also, please remember that
passing chips across the table by deliberately losing to a player is
considered to be a serious offence at PokerSouls.com. We apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause.
